VISITING THE PROPERTIES

Once you find a home that you like and meets the key requirements, Realty Aspire agent can prepare the offer for you.  Prior to this, however, it’s important that the Realty Aspire agent will do the market comp analysis to determine the best offer strategy.  It’s also important to take into consideration of the competition (i.e. if there are other buyers also bidding on the property, and if it’s going to be a multiple offer situation).

MAKING AN OFFER

Once you find a home that you like and that meets your key requirements, a Realty Aspire agent can prepare the offer for you. However, before proceeding, it’s important for the Realty Aspire agent to conduct a market comparison analysis to determine the best offer strategy. Additionally, it’s crucial to consider the level of competition, such as other buyers bidding on the property, especially in situations involving multiple offers.

APPLYING FOR A MORTGAGE

Once the contract is ratified, formally apply for the mortgage loan without delay!

INSPECTION, ETC.

If there is a home inspection contingency included in the contract, your Realty Aspire agent will coordinate the inspection. It’s important that you physically attend the inspection, as the inspector will go over every single detail of the house, including key functionality and important maintenance tasks for the future.

CLOSING

This is when you sign the closing paperwork and receive the keys. Congratulations! Your Realty Aspire agent will coordinate the final walkthrough and assist in reviewing closing documents to ensure everything is in order.
